Audio-Visual: Real-time video/audio of your face and workspace.
Biometric: Facial templates for identity and "liveness" detection.
Behavioral: AI tracking of eye movement and head positions.

3. Purpose of Processing

Data is processed strictly for Identity Verification, Exam Monitoring, and ensuring Results Integrity for your educational institution.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. Disclosure is limited to your Sponsoring Institution, essential Service Providers (cloud hosting), and Legal Requirements.

5. Retention & Security

Retention: Recordings are typically kept for 30–90 days. Administrative records are kept for up to 2 years.

Security: Data is protected via End-to-End (E2EE) or Zero-Knowledge Encryption and strict access controls.

6. Your Rights

  • Access and request copies of your data.
  • Correct inaccurate profile information.
  • Request deletion after legitimate business needs expire.
