By accessing the Virtual Exam Centre portal, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all exam-specific rules. Access is prohibited if you do not agree.
2. User Accounts & Eligibility
- Accuracy: You must provide truthful profile information.
- Security: You are responsible for your login credentials and all account activity.
- Single User: Account sharing or distributing access links is strictly prohibited.
3. Examination Conduct
To maintain integrity, you agree to:
- Monitoring: Consent to real-time AI and/or human audio, video, and screen monitoring.
- Workspace: Use a well-lit, private room with no other individuals present.
- Prohibited Items: No phones, notes, or secondary monitors unless explicitly permitted.
- Behavior: Remain in the camera frame; suspicious movements will be flagged to your institution.
4. Technical Responsibilities
You must ensure hardware and internet readiness. We are not liable for failures caused by your local service provider or power outages.
5. Intellectual Property
Exam content and software are protected by copyright. You may not copy, record, or distribute any part of the assessment.
6. Termination
Accounts may be suspended for breach of terms or evidence of fraudulent activity/cheating.
7. Liability & Governing Law
Services are provided "as is." These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria.
